For information on printing my designs in UVDTF, DTF, sublimation prints, contact me or see the one year licence here. You DO NOT need this licence as a small business using my designs to sell books etc. End product use is absolutely fine.

What is the refund policy?
The graphic design studio is a business which means you automatically get the download upon purchase, which means there are no refunds. Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase, so if you have any issues please use the chat or email button at the bottom of the page.
How can I use your designs?
All my designs are designed for small businesses to use, which means you can purchase, print & sell the designs within your own business. If you’re a UVDTF, DTF business selling my designs for a profit, you will need to purchase the printing licence. Currently, the little print shop & peel and squeak transfers are the only businesses to have this licence.
When will I get my download?
You will receive your download automatically upon purchase. Some files are a zip file, all you need to do is right click & click uncompress.
How does the web design process work?
You can contact me before for a chat or as soon as you’ve purchased, we can discuss your business, your needs; for example, product based, info based or if you need a booking system. Websites are not complete until you’re 100% happy. Web maintenance is optional, my fees are a set one off fee. Unlimited support is given to help you get the best out of your website.
